EMPIRE DAY SCOUTS RALLY.

​

   A scouts' Rally will take place on Monday, Empire Day, by kind permission of the Committee of the Hongkong Cricket Club, on their ground, at 5.30 p.m.

   Commodore Anstruther, C.M.G., R.N., Commissioner  of the local Association, will take the salute and, after the March Past, will address the Scouts.
