HONG KONG SCOUTS.
INSPECTION TODAY BY H.E. THE GOVERNOR.

   This afternoon at 4.30, Government House, H.E. the Governor (Sir Cecil Clementi, K.C.M.G.) the Chief Scout of Hong Kong, will inspect the Scout Troops of the Colony, and present the Prince of Wales Banner won, in 1926, by the 20th Hong Kong Troop for general efficiency in Scoutcraft and the year's work.
   The holders of the Banner, during their year of tenure, are entitled to be called "The Governor's Troop."
