CATHOLIC BOY SCOUTS.
FLAG PRESENTATION CEREMONY.
A very impressive ceremony took place yesterday morning at the Catholic Cathedral when Bishop Valtorta blessed the Brazilian Flag presented by the Catholic Group of Boy Scouts and Girl Guides of Hong Kong to the Scouts of Brazil through the courtesy of Dr. Waldemar de Araujo, Consul for Brazil.
After the ceremony the gathering adjourned to C.O.Y.M.S. when the 2nd H.K. Group presented Dr. Waldemar de Araujo with a Thanks Badge in appreciation of his support to the Group as President.
Dr. Waldemar de Araujo Consul for Brazil will be leaving the Colony on Thursday, March 24 for Brazil on his promotion to Consul General.
