SEA SCOUTS HOLD CONCERT
Annual Function Great Success
WELL VARIED PROGRAMME
There was an attendance of over 100 people at the annual concert of the 1st Hong Kong Sea Scout Group at the Sailors' Home and Seamen's Institute, King George's Hall, last evening, and those responsible for staging the show are to be congratulated on its success.
A well varied programme consisting of 16 items was presented and such number was accorded a well deserved round of applause. A special word of praise must be given to the Cubs, who performed very well indeed.
Amongst those present were the Rev. N.V.Halward, M.C., the Commissioner, who has only just returned to the Colony from Home leave, Mr. and Mrs. E.Cock, Comdr. Lauder, Group Scout Master, Deep Sea Scouts, the Rev. C.Brown and Mrs. Brown, Mr. and Mrs. H.O.Odell and Mr. D.A.Pockson.
