NEW SCOUTS HEADQUARTERS
The inauguration of the Scouts' Headquarters of the 13th. Kowloon (St. Teresa) Group, next to the St. Teresa's Church, took place at 10.15 a.m. yesterday. The inauguration ceremony was performed by Bishop Valtorta, and Mrs. A.de Souza performed the opening ceremony.
