AWARD TO BOY SCOUT
The "Sunday Herald" understands that a Letter of Commendation has been awarded to Scout Dicken Lay, of the 13th. Hong Kong Boy Scouts Troop, by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, Mr. N.L.Smith.
It will be recalled that some time ago the lad was instrumental in arresting a bag snatcher and he was highly commended by the magistrate.
