KOWLOON SCOUTS' CONCERT

   A concert has been arranged by the 8th Kowloon (Shamshuipo) Troop of the Boy Scouts Association, to take place at the Po Hing Theatre, Yaumati, at 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 19.
   The object of the concert is two fold: first, to obtain funds for relief work among refugees (50 per cent of the total net collections will be forwarded to the Emergency Refugee Council); secondly, to augment Troop funds with a view to equipping the Ambulance and other sections with apparatus, etc. to increase their efficiency and usefulness.
