SCOUTS' CAMP

   There will be a Hong Kong District Combined Camp at St. Stephen's College Ground, Stanley from today to Sunday.

   Fourteen Troops of about 200 scouts will take part.

   The Deputy Colony Commissioner, Mr. C.C.Quah, will formally open the Camp at 3.30 p.m. after which he will inspect the Scouts. A display will follow.
