SCOUTS' INSPECTION.

   H.E. the Governor in his capacity of Chief Scout of Hong Kong, will inspect the Boy Scouts at Government House, on Wednesday next at 4.30 p.m., and present the Prince of Wales Competition Banner to the 1st H.K. Sea Scout Troop, which won the Competition in 1927.
