BOY SCOUT APPOINTMENTS

   The Government Gazette confirms the appointment of Mr. Edward Cock, M.B.E., J.P., as President of the Boy Scouts Association; of the Rev. Nelson Victor Halward, M.C., M.A., as Commisioner; and of Messrs. Lo Koon Kan and Lo Koon Hang jointly as Honorary Treasurer, ad interim. Mr. Cyril Champkin, J.P., will officiate in the duties of Commissioner as from May 11 during the absence from the Colony of Mr. Halward.
