The Hong Kong Scouting 100th Anniversary Silver Medallion is a Medallion for Special Events of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, which was presented in 2012 Common Era, awarded to adult Members of the Association in recognition of meritorious services of different degrees rendered in the event of the "Hong Kong Scouting 100th Anniversary Celebration Events".
