Chief Commissioner's Commendation

"The Chief Commissioner's Commendation is conferred to Leaders and Commissioners of the Association in recognition of the outstanding service rendered to the Association in specific project or task."


The Chief Commissioner's Commendation is a Decoration of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, which was introduced in 1977 Common Era, it was first divided as "Chief Commissioner’s Bronze Whistle", "Chief Commissioner’s Silver Whistle", "Chief Commissioner’s Gold Whistle", then consolidated as "Chief Commissioner’s Whistle" in 1986 Common Era, and renamed as "Chief Commissioner’s Commendation" in 2010 Common Era.
