Dragon Scout Award


The Dragon Scout Award is a Venture Scout Sectional Award of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, presented to venture scouts who had completed the venture scout training. It was first introduced in the 1st Year of Xuan-tong as a Scout Section Progressive Badge, named the "King's Scout Award"; later restructured as a Senior Scout Section (Venture Scout Section) Progressive Badge in the Year 35 of the Republic of China; renamed as the "Queen's Scout Award" in 1952 Common Era; renamed as the "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Scout Award" in 1996 Common Era; and finally renamed as the "Dragon Scout Award" in 2008 Common Era.
