"The Good Service Award is awarded to adult Members of the Association in recognition of meritorious services of different degrees rendered to the Association over substantial period."

The Good Service Award is an award for merits of the Scout Association of Hong Kong, which was introduced in 1964 Common Era, originally named the "Certificate of Loyal Service" (and presented to non-uniformed members the "Certificate of Faithful Service"), it was later consolidated as the "Certificate of Good Serivice" in 1971 Common Era, and amended as the "Good Service Award" in 1994 Common Era.
