Baden-Powell as Radical Candidate.

The friends of General Baden-Powell are surprised to learn that the Radicals expect to secure him as their candidate for Midlothian at the Dissolution. They were under the impression that when he left for Mafeking he was a Conservative, like his brother, the late Sir George Baden-Powell, and they have not heard anything since to show that he has changed his political mind.
