THE KING'S HOPE.

LONDON, September 6.


Major-General R. S. Baden-Powell has reviewed 30,000 Boy Scouts at the Crystal Palace.

The newspapers comment on the remarkable growth of the three-year old movement.

His Majesty the King sent a message in which he expressed the hope that the Boy Scouts would do their duty as men should danger threaten the Empire.
