BOY SCOUTS IN BENGAL.

Calcutta, February 3rd.

The Lieutenant-Governor entertained the Calcutta Boy Scouts at Belvedere yesterday. The movement is making great progress in Bengal. There are 700 scouts in Calcutta and patrols are springing up rapidly in the mofussill.
