THE BOY SCOUTS.
London, April 19th.
Lord Kitchener, inspecting 1,000 Boy Scouts at Leicester, thought the organisation of the movement was admirable. When, he said, "we have a million men and boys imbued with the spirit of the Scouts, our nation may well be proud of its manhood."
