General Nogi and Admiral Togo inspected Field Marshal Lord Kitchener's troop of Boy Scouts in Hyde Park yesterday morning, in the presence of Lord Kitchener and Major-General Baden-Powell.

General Nogi briefly addressed the boys in Japanese.

General Nogi subsequently visited Aldershot barracks, where he met General Sir H. L. Smith-Dorrien.
