His Majesty King George V, has written a letter to Lieut.-General R. Baden-Powell, congratulating the General upon the remarkable results of the Boy Scouts movement, and expressing his conviction that the boys of the British Empire will show gratitude for the encouragement so generously given to endeavour to become God-fearing and useful citizens.
