£250,000 Wanted.

LONDON, Feb. 5.


General Baden-Powell, the Chief Scout, is appealing for a quarter of a million sterling as a permanent Endowment Fund for the Boy Scout movement. He publishes a letter from H.R.H. the Duke of Connaught expressing confidence that the appeal will find generous and warm-hearted support.
