Scouts' Concert.

St. Joseph's Boy Scouts, under the charge of Mr. Blake, of the Victoria Theatre, are arranging a grand concert to be given at their headquarters on Saturday, November 14, when the whole proceeds will be for the Prince of Wales' Fund. A feature of the evening will be displays and Scout sketches by the troop.
