EMPIRE DAY SCOUTS RALLY.

A Scouts' Rally will take place on Monday, Empire Day, by kind permission of the Committee of the Hongkong Cricket Club, on their ground, at 5:30 p.m.

Commodore Anstruther, C.M.G., R.N., Commissioner of the local Association, will take the salute and, after the March Past, will address the Scouts.
