"THE CARDINAL'S OWN" BOY SCOUTS.

At the request of Monsignor Jackman, Cardinal Bourne's private secretary, the Pope has given his blessing to the Westminster Catholic Boy Scouts, known as "The Cardinal's Own." The Pope's blessing was conveyed in his Holiness' own handwriting beneath a beautifully illuminated photograph of himself. The Holy Father was very pleased to receive a translation of the Boy Scouts' Prayer Book by Bishop Butt.
