香港西營盤書館童子軍即本港第柒旅童子軍也聞於本月廿九號星期一日拔隊往長洲操練野營一星期所有費用均由何紳甘棠支給已蒙提學司允准借撥長洲官立學堂為大本營云云又聞該隊以梁玉堂先生為營長嚴仲堯潘炳康先生為隊長
