本港第七旅童子軍即西營盤官立學堂學生所組織者刻訂於本月卅號即星期日下午二點鐘假座大學堂足球場舉行成立禮屆時有何紳棣生送軍旗童子軍統制窩牧師巡閱敦請各界人士到場參觀云云
