NO WIRELESS FOR BOY SCOUTS
The American Consul-General at Tientsin is reported by the Shunpao to have applied to the Peking Government for permission to establish a wireless station at Gordon Memorial Hall for use of boy scouts; no commercial messages being sent. The Peking Government has refused to give its permission.
