FAR EAST BOY SCOUT DELEGATION.

A party of some twenty Japanese Boy Scouts will, it is understood, be sent to participate in the international rally at Copenhagen next August. Present plans point to the troop's leaving Kobe by the Hakozaki Maru on June 8. Effort is being made to persuade Viscount Goto, former Home Minister and one of the prime movers in the Scout movement in Japan, to lead the party.
