Photographs indicating the nature of the activities of Hongkong's kilted Scout troop have already appeared in the "China Mail." This latest picture shows the Scout and Cubs with Mr. G. M. Young, Mr. R. M. Dyer (President of the Troop), Lieut.-Col. Robertson, who has been Acting Commissioner, and Mr. J. Reid. The shield is the property of "Senior Sixer" MacCubbin against whom it is resting and bears testimony to his efficiency in many directions.
