Lord Baden Powell, the Chief Scout, received an enthusiastic welcome from 11,000 scouts representing 21 countries when he arrived at Frankston, Melbourne, yesterday in anticipation of the great Scout Jamboree which the Governor-General of Australia will open there to-morrow. - British Wireless Service.
