LORD BADEN-POWELL, 79

London, Feb. 22.

Lord Baden-Powell, the Chief Scout, celebrated his 79th birthday to-day in Natal. He is recovering from an attack of fever contracted during his South African tour, and latest reports at the Scout Headquarters in London state that he is much better.

To-day is also Lady Baden-Powell's birthday. She is in Natal with the Chief Scout.
