LORD BADEN-POWELL

The King, at Buckingham Palace yesterday, received Lord Baden-Powell, the Chief Scout, on his return from his tour of Africa. Lord Baden-Powell remained for about half an hour with the King, who, when Prince of Wales, was Chief Scout of Wales. Afterwards the King received the delegates of the International Publishers' Congress.
