GENERAL NEWS.
Servia's Boy Scouts.
A year or so ago, some Servian friends applied for information in London about General Baden-Powell's Boy Scout movement. A leading citizen of Belgrade, Dr. Milos Popovitch, interested himself keenly in the question, and to-day the "Boy Scouts" have flourished so well upon Servian soil that 3,000 Belgrade patrols have tendered their services as messengers and clerks to the authorities. They have already been employed, being installed in various public offices. There are also large numbers of Boy Scout patrols already organised in other parts of Servia.
