SHANGHAI BOY SCOUTS.

The Shanghai Branch of the Boy Scouts Association of China is in a flourishing condition. It comprises 13 troops, with 33 officers and 820 scouts. The annual meeting was held on November 29 at No. 51, Bubbling Well Road.
